Our tea specialist works with farms on careful shading, hand-picking, and stone-grinding to ensure ceremonial-grade matcha. Operations keeps orders fast and packaging mindful, while customer support stays warm and responsive. Brand and creative shape a calm, minimalist identity inspired by Japanese aesthetics. Quality and sustainability oversee harvest audits, freshness, and responsible practices.
