🥤 Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 teaspoon ceremonial grade matcha powder

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) cold filtered water

  • 150 ml (⅔ cup) cold milk (or plant-based milk: almond, oat, coconut, soy…)

  • 1 teaspoon honey, agave, or sugar (optional, to taste)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to avoid clumps.

  2. Add the cold water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a milk frother until smooth and slightly frothy.

  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

  4. Pour in the cold milk.

  5. Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk for a layered effect.

  6. Sweeten if desired, stir, and enjoy!

💡 Tip: For a creamier and sweeter version, add a splash of condensed milk. For a visual twist, serve layered and stir just before drinking.

🥤 Raspberry Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 teaspoon ceremonial grade matcha powder

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) cold filtered water

  • 150 ml (⅔ cup) plant-based milk (oat, almond, or coconut)

  • 4–5 fresh raspberries (or 2 tablespoons raspberry purée)

  • 1 teaspoon agave, maple syrup, or sugar (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with sweetener until smooth (or blend for a purée).

  2. Pour the raspberry mixture into the bottom of a tall glass.

  3. Add ice cubes, then slowly pour in the plant-based milk.

  4. Separately, whisk the matcha with cold water until smooth and frothy.

  5. Gently pour the matcha on top of the milk to create a beautiful layered effect.

  6. Stir before drinking and enjoy this refreshing, fruity twist on the classic matcha latte.

💡 Tip: Use oat milk for extra creaminess — it pairs perfectly with the tartness of raspberries.
